2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is entitled to register only one account on jbd77. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identities, phone numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held in those accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jbd77 username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. jbd77 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify jbd77 of a suspected breach.

Account Suspension and Closure

jbd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion — including where fraudulent activity is suspected, where the player has breached these Terms, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to platform integrity. In such cases, jbd77 may withhold funds pending investigation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

jbd77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer methods available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jbd77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jbd77 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your jbd77 wallet promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. jbd77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues on the provider's side.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jbd77 account. jbd77 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval; actual transfer times may vary depending on your payment provider.

jbd77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with the reason and expected resolution timeline where possible.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jbd77 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

  • Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
  • Bonuses are valid for a limited time period. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
  • jbd77 will void bonus funds and related winnings if it has reason to believe a player is exploiting a promotion or bonus in a manner inconsistent with normal gambling activity (e.g. low-margin betting strategies designed purely to complete rollover).
  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once will result in forfeiture of the duplicate bonus and may result in account suspension.
  • jbd77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on the platform and take effect immediately upon publication.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using jbd77. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping, seat reservation abuse, or coordinated bet placement.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings generated through a confirmed software error will be voided.
  • Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. jbd77 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
  • Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to access or operate your account.

jbd77 employs automated and manual systems to monitor for prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will not be entitled to a refund of deposits made in connection with that activity.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8. Limitation of Liability

jbd77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of a technical failure that results in a game round being disrupted or a bet being unresolved, jbd77 will void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

9. Amendments and Governing Law
